Chef de Cuisine et Propriétaire, Steve Longet and his wife Jessica, moved to the United States to open Café Longet in December of 2016. Steve’s culinary resume has been built upon his experience in fine restaurants, 5-star hotels and private homes throughout France.
Café Longet specializes in contemporary French cuisine where every dish is made to order. Morning passerbys are treated to a variety of fresh breads. The soup stocks are prepared daily. Steve personally meets with each of his purveyors to hand select the finest quality of meat and seafood. The produce selections are the freshest available. The clientele expects the best and Steve exceeds their expectations. Gluten-free options are available as flour is rarely used in the kitchen.
